Refund Policy

• If a client pays fees and subsequently decides, for whatever reason, not to proceed with the application before the application is submitted to the UKBA, Ukvisas.com may refund fees to the client for work not yet done. But Ukvisas.com will not refund a client fees for work which has been competently completed. In calculating the value of work done Ukvisas.com may base the calculation on an hourly rate of £150 (plus VAT if applicable).
• If a client’s application is submitted to the UKBA and the client subsequently decides to withdraw the application Ukvisas.com will not refund any fees, UKBA fees or disbursements paid.
• In the event that Ukvisas.com at any stage in the preparation of an application advises a client that an application is weak, the client may elect to proceed or not to proceed with the application. But if the application is refused Ukvisas.com will not refund the client any fees paid.
• A refund will be paid to the client within two weeks after the refund being approved.

Suspension/Termination of Agreement (Cancellation Policy)

• The Agreement between Ukvisas.com and the client shall be suspended in an event of force majeure, being an event, occurrence or circumstance beyond the control of either party which operates to prevent either or both the parties from fulfilling any of their obligations under the Agreement. Such suspension will continue during such time as the force majeure event continues.
• In the event of a party being in breach of the Company terms and conditions the other party may specify in writing each breach and demand remedy and thus suspend the contract. If such remedy is not forthcoming within one calendar month the non-breaching party may terminate the Agreement forthwith in writing.
• In the event of the Agreement being suspended it shall terminate if the suspension still continues after six months.
• If the client persistently fails to provide Ukvisas.com with information or documents that Ukvisas.com requests, and Ukvisas.com is therefore unable to proceed with preparation of the application, Ukvisas.com reserves the right to withdraw from the case and cancel the contract. In this situation the client will be informed in writing beforehand that Ukvisas.com intends to withdraw from the case if the client will not provide the requested information or documents.
• Ukvisas.com is entitled to terminate the Agreement in the event of inappropriate or improper behaviour by the client. In this event the client will be informed of this in writing and the termination of the contract will have immediate effect.
